Collection, processing and use of personal data

(1) You can visit our website without disclosing any personal information. On our website, we use so-called log files. We only store data without reference to individuals, such as the name of your Internet Service Provider, the Internet Protocol address (IP address), the page from which you visit us, the name of the requested file, the date and time of visiting our website and which browser was used. This data is used solely for statistical reasons and to improve our website and offer. It does not allow any reference to your person.

(2) Personal data is solely collected when you provide us with this information. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We store and use the data you provide us with for the execution of the service. After completion, your data will be stored with regard to law retention periods, and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you express consent to the further use of your data.

(5) This data processing is carried out according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in a legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website. Further legal basis for the described data processing is furthermore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.
